Abstract
The development of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Indonesia, particularly in the food and beverage industry, requires improvements in product quality through halal certification and the use of digital technology in marketing. This study aims to describe the process and impact of halal certification assistance and the strengthening of digital marketing among MSMEs in Kedinding Hamlet, Sekardadi Village. The method used is a participatory community service approach with data collection techniques including surveys, observations, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were food and beverage MSME operators selected through a screening process based on village MSME data. The results showed that the assistance program increased compliance with halal product standards from approximately 70% to 90% and successfully facilitated the halal certification application process through the authorized agency. Additionally, the implementation of digital marketing via social media had a positive impact on expanding market reach and increasing the number of customers by approximately 30% within one month. The integration of halal certification and digital marketing has proven effective in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of MSME businesses. Thus, this mentoring model can serve as a relevant strategy to support the development of MSMEs that are adaptable to market demands and technological advancements.
