Optimalisasi Ecopreneurship dalam Membangun Ketahanan Pangan Keluarga melalui Pembuatan Hidroponik

Abstract

Ecopreneurship is the ability to manage and utilize opportunities provided by nature creatively and innovatively. The use of recycled materials in hydroponic systems can help reduce negative impacts on the environment. The purpose of this activity is as an alternative utilization of plastic bottle waste and a source of income to improve family welfare to increase food security independently. The methods used are lectures, demonstrations and practice. This community service activity was carried out in Banjardowo Hamlet, Banjardowo Village with target partners of 30 residents on January 28-29, 2026. Pretest and posttest questions were given to measure the partners' abilities. The significant value in the pretest value is 0.081 > 0.05 so it can be said that the data is normally distributed. The significant value in the posttest is 0.065 > 0.05 so it can be said that the data is normally distributed. The significant value in the paired t-test is 0.000 so it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence of community service activities on the skills and understanding of partners. This PKM activity is a solution to the problems faced by partners, namely alternative utilization of plastic bottle waste and as a source of income to improve family welfare in order to increase family food security independently.
